Payments and Cancellation

Full payment is required upon reservation/confirmation 
For cancellations before 1 January, 2012 - 50% refund 
For cancellations before 1 March, 2012 - 25% refund 
For cancellations before 1 May, 2012 - 10% refund 
For cancellations after 1 May, 2012 - no refund 

Rates are valid for tourists holding a foreign passport, Israeli citizens are subject to VAT

Please note: For the time being foreign tourists are not charged VAT on touristy services. Should this law be changed before the event, the appropriate VAT will be added to the quoted rates.

Reservations and Vouchers

We will charge your credit card, upon confirmation of services, and the supplier will receive a voucher from us covering the reservation.

All special requests e.g. bed type, non-smoking room, connecting, etc can not be guaranteed and will be confirmed only by the hotel upon arrival, based on availability.

Please note your name and details may not be registered with the hotel until 7-14 days prior to arrival.

Hotels check in / check out times

Check in:   14:00 (2:00 P.M.).
Check out: 12:00 (Noon).
Check in on Saturdays and Holidays - 2 hours after sunset.

Services

We will be happy to be at your disposal for any additional requests such as Group tours, Private tours, Bar/Bat Mitzvah, and any family events.

Liability & responsibility

Since there are no official hotel ratings in Israel, please note that the hotel categories are for indication only.
Tour itineraries may be subject to change at the discretion of the Tour Operator. The Tour Operator acts only as an agent for companies, owners or contractors providing transportation, hotel accommodations or any other services and are not in any way liable for injury, loss, damage, delay or accident.

Insurance

It is highly recommended to buy a health, cancellation and luggage insurance prior to arrival.

Privacy And Security Policy, Legal Notice

We are the exclusive owners of the information gathered on our site. The only information we possess is information that is voluntarily provided by our users via e-mail, our contact forms or any other direct contact with our users. We guarantee that we will not sell or share this information to anyone. The information we collect will be used to contact you, regarding your request or to pass on additional information we believe would be of interest to you. This information will not be disclosed to any third party outside of our organization, unless it is necessary in order to respond to your request.

If you do not wish to continue receiving e-mails from us, you may simply ask to be removed from our list by contacting us.

We will take precautions to protect the information that our users have provided. When you submit sensitive information (such as credit card data) via our site, your information is encrypted and sent to us in a secure manner by using SSL Secured Server Technology. This can be verified by observing the "closed lock" icon at the bottom of your web browser and the URL will be "https".

We also have a policy of protecting your information offline. Access to this information is provided to employees who require the information to perform a specific task such as billing or customer care. The computers/servers which store personal information are kept in a secure environment.

Our site does not accept liability for any errors or omissions published on our website and we reserve the right to change information, specifications and prices of its listed travel services at anytime. However, we will attempt to correct any errors or omissions as quickly as possible after becoming aware of them and being notified of them.
